AutoLogger release work
Implemented the next release’s project-index behavior and added focused regression coverage. Existing test suite passed; checked-in sample data remained unchanged during read-only review. Desktop runtime validation remains outstanding.
Next: Review the release changes, especially project rename and lifecycle behavior, then assess production readiness.
